A psychologist run over several times by a tow truck, a lawyer obsessed with underwear, a babysitter without a child, an entrepreneur without capital, and a paranoid would-be cook cross paths on the streets of Rome. Victims of their neighbor's madness and of human absurdity will try in turn to cope with contingencies, fleeing them or enduring them until they succumb.
