Alan Fox, unjustly accused of murdering old Nixon, Janet's father, is taken to Silver City to stand trial. On the way, the guards are attacked by a group of bandits led by the real murderer, Jerry Damon. Alan manages to escape and Samson, an old friend of Alan's, believing him dead, does everything in his power to avenge him.
