Capys, queen of Sadok, is the heir of Circe and wants to sacrifice to the last of the Cyclops the little son of King Agrisander, the last descendant of Odysseus. Sadok's knights destroy the village of Coos where the child and his parents live and kill Agrisander, but the baby is rescued and entrusted to Maciste. The latter is then captured, and will have to fight to free himself.
